They removed the damaged flooring and placed a dehumidifier to stop any further damage from happening. The restoration techs were courteous, efficient and always available via phone if I had any questions. Our estimator was Brandon, he was always easy to get ahold of for any questions. Our project manager was Jeff, once again easy to contact and work with. Daniel replaced our kitchen laminate with tile and did an excellent job. Thank goodness I called JCS. I called JCS saved the day and my marriage lol, hubby left the tub running and didnt notice until it was coming out the downstairs ceiling, Thankfully for him my bathroom looks a 10000 times better than before with the new floor and paint so my marriage is saved lol, Cody was Amazing with helping us pick out the paint and flooring, usually it takes me months to make a decision, Cody helped me make it in 30 minutes!! They arrived in an hour, shut off the main water supply, called in a plumber and began cleaning up the water right away.
